Virtu Photo Submission Agreement

Submission of a photograph to Fortuna and Virtu Ltd (Hereafter known as the “Company”) does not transfer the copyright to that material to the Company. However, by submitting a photograph, you, or the copyright holder if you act on their behalf, grant the Company a perpetual non-exclusive worldwide royalty-free license to use the photograph on our websites.

The uploader acknowledges that they have sufficient written permission of any recognisable models or other persons appearing in the photograph to be able to grant to the company the right to publish their photographic submission online, and hereby grant to the Company such right.

If you object to any modification by the Company of your photograph (except for minor edits or comments on photos), we will either restore the original photograph, or delete the submission.

We promise to give you the individuals in the images credit throughout our website as long as you tell us who you are.

Submissions of photos to the Company are subject to review before being displayed. All objectionable material will be deleted and not considered for display. The Company reserves the right to reject any photo as it sees fit. No explanation is necessary.

You agree to accept all liability for the legality of content you submit, and will not hold the Company responsible for any damages that result.

Be aware that, if approved for publication, your photo will be displayed to the public. Your image will be included in the Company galleries and our Match the Pairs game.

By uploading, you are allowing the Company to publish the photo on our websites. If we ever consider publishing your photo in any print media owned by the Company we will contact you first for permission.

By submitting a photograph below, you accept this agreement. If you do not own the rights to the photograph you are submitting, you must secure the permission of the copyright holder prior to uploading it. If you do not act on their behalf, and a dispute arises, you will be prosecuted.
