Any non-faulty items can be returned within 10 days (UK) and 14 days (elsewhere) for an exchange (subject to postage). If the item is faulty, we will cover postage paid in sending it back to us – but you must send it back within the 10 / 14 days. If it's not faulty, you pay for it to be sent back to us (costs of reposting a replacement item will be charged).
